As a team, we are persistent and uniting, and we have an eye for innovation and the rapid changes in the world.

Richard Vermeer

Experienced managing director. Also, our internal and external communications go-to-guy. Likes to watch soccer, cycling and racing. We have invited Richard to game night once. 10/10 would not recommend. Richard is very competitive and can’t really take a loss. He’s better at winning and that’s exactly what makes him a great addition to the AIOW team. Richard also owns a ISO9001 certified company.

Jeroen Rutgers

Entrepreneur since the year 2000. Jeroen loves riding his motorcycle but avoids the fast lane. Luckily, Jeroen is insanely quick to act workwise. If you’ve met Jeroen, don’t get offended if he forgets what you look like. His brain is just too stuffed with valuable knowledge about marketing, research and sales. He’s very passionate about finding ways to protect the freedom of speech on social media.

Kenny Vermeer

Need to move from A to B smoothly? Kenny is your man (not really, he’s ours and we like to keep him, thanks). Kenny works miracles in logistical planning and process efficiency at AIOW. He’s been a self-employed professional since 2010. Big brain-boy, so he doesn’t wear hats often. Except a chef’s hat every now and then. Kenny is a fantastic cook. He’s also mad about sports.

Camiel R. Claus

A motorist, like Jeroen. But with a 100 m/ph difference. Camiel is a true visionary and a commercial beast. Whatever we come up with, Camiel makes sure it looks good. On off-days, Camiel is probably windsurfing or floating around on a boat. On literally any boat. We suspect that Camiel might be a thalassophile, but we haven’t told him yet. Want to bribe Camiel? Bring pizza.

Alexander Remie

Our tech-guy. Alexander is our Solidity and Full-Stack Javascript developer. He used to work for a Fintech company, but we heard him says it’s more fun working at AIOW. Because it is. Alexander likes to keep busy: he works two jobs at once. He’s a full-time manager of an English Cocker Spaniel. You know it takes serious skills to handle a hyperactive four-legged creature like that.

Rutger (Mike) Fahrner

We dream big at AIOW, but Rutger helps keeping us level-headed. He’s an experienced interim manager with a background in business administration. With over twenty years of working experience, Rutger is a valuable advisor and consultant. We like to pick his brain on any business administration related matter. Rutger helped setting up several companies in the past, which is impressive.

Arham Khan

Full-stack application developer skilled at materializing ideas into amazing products. When he’s not staring at a screen (workwise or binging psychological thrillers), Arham enjoys taking last-minute bus rides to scenic locations. He then poses as a traveller and photographer. If worldwide internet reception would be better and dogs stopped chasing Arham up and down empty streets every time he goes on a walking tour, Arham would travel more often. Frequent gym visitor.

Diego Nijboer

Driven by a passion for innovation, automation, and figuring stuff out, it makes for a pretty good combination as our back-end developer. Diego always has some side-projects that elevate each other; he learns something from each and then applies those to the other projects (or at least tries, haha). In his spare time, he likes to work out, watch a movie, meet with friends or tinker with electronics and 3D printers.

Samantha Niesen

Studying creative business, Samantha does our marketing and is responsible for the social media. She is new to the crypto community, but is learning fast! She loves to bake and her rad velvet cake is pretty populair. Just ask Richard and Kenny!

Raj Patel

Big type tech geek, always looking for a new challenge. I am passionate about Blockchain technology. It’s a way to transform society as we know it. Long term plan is to do something for the greater good and help humanity in any way possible. I like to play eSports in my free time and am always ready for the call of duty. I like to spend my money on new tech gadgets.

Michel Bonset

Storytelling is what Michel Bonset does. All day, every day. As a screenwriter he’s to be found clanking away on the keys of his keyboard. If he’s not writing the next blockbuster movie in the successful Bon Bini Holland franchise or writing for children- and teen television series like Spangas and Misfits, he busy writing for children theatre or writing books. He loves creating new worlds with characters that have solid and interesting backstories, ideally with a lot of humour. The world of NFTs seems to be a fertile ground for characters that are weird and the bizarre. It’s no coincidence that the words ‘weird & bizarre’ are tattooed on Michels butt cheeks…

Sarina Reilingh

On a daily basis Sarina Reilingh is a freelance illustrator in advertising storyboarding, concept art, Character design and children’s books. She recently co-designed the Robby Rhino NFT with her partner Richard Raaphorst (storyboarder, concept artist and director) A story based NFT with a growing community as we speak. Sarina has a strong feeling for detail and adds great value in terms of creating a backstory to the Character. With this she creates depth in the character and its world to from there take it to another level. The sky is the limit!

Jharmony de León

Jharmony is an experienced Unicorn developer from the Ice Age whose current interest lies in Solidity programming language and the blockchain. He is an avid baseball fan who used to watch every single regular season NY Yankees baseball game on cable T.V. as a young adult. Can you blame him? The Bronx Bombers could not stop winning back then.
